In 2014, the Club moved to a brand new location at the Wyndham Vale South Reserve on Black Forest Road, Wyndham Vale.

The facilities contain large modern clubrooms with two playing fields. Light towers on both grounds allow the Club to host night games.

Prior to the move, the Club was based at Wyndham Vale Reserve on Honour Avenue, Wyndham Vale.

The ground is also home to the Wyndhamvale Cricket Club.
